Daisy Spring Works

Urbanise delivered façade investigation and remediation at Daisy Spring Works, a higher-risk building in Sheffield, in line with BSA and Gateway 2 requirements.

Urbanise was appointed to carry out a comprehensive façade remediation programme on a seven-storey residential development, removing all combustible materials and replacing them with non-combustible alternatives that meet modern safety standards.

Eyewitness Works

We transformed the historic Eyewitness Works in Sheffield into a high-quality residential development. This £13 million project blends Grade II Listed heritage with modern design, offering a unique fusion of industrial history and contemporary living.

High Park Street

In partnership with Placefirst, we delivered the final phase of the Welsh Streets regeneration in Liverpool, creating high-quality homes and a community hub.

Grand Central Shopping Centre

Urbanise was engaged to deliver a critical cladding investigation and remediation project at the Grand Central Shopping Centre in Birmingham.

Envelope Investigation

We were chosen as an expert in the field to carry out critical envelope investigation works following the introduction of new cladding and façade legislation in December 2022.

Avenue North & Tower 12

Having already delivered several projects on the Spinningfields estate, Urbanise was asked to return to carry out groundworks and roofing works on Avenue North and Tower 12 respectively.

Mission Foods

Urbanise was instructed to remove the RC bases for two flour silos, which had reached their end of life, and install new bases at Mission Foods’ manufacturing plant in Coventry, otherwise known as ‘Europe’s Tortilla Factory’.

Phoenix

After our collaboration with Capital & Centric on Eyewitness Works, we were tasked with another project - combining two top-floor apartments into a stunning penthouse at the Phoenix residential scheme.

Left Bank

Urbanise was commissioned to undertake a strip-out project that entailed combining two hospitality units in the renowned Spinningfields area of Manchester.

Manchester Arena TeamSport Go Karting

Urbanise was contracted to complete a basement demolition and structural alterations at Manchester Arena, one of Europe’s largest indoor arenas.

Beevers and Struthers

Ahead of Beevers and Struthers relocation to One Express in Ancoats in Manchester, we delivered a full strip out and refurbishment of their second-floor office.

Eagle Buildings

In partnership with Mansford LLP, we refurbished two vacant retail spaces in Eagle Buildings, a Grade II listed commercial building in Manchester.

Burton Road

We were chosen by W H Real Estate to renovate and extend two residential properties on Burton Road in West Didsbury, Manchester.

Mayfair Court

We were chosen by Mansford LLP to deliver external works for student accommodation, Mayfair Court, in Fallowfield, Manchester.

Pearl Assurance House

Partnering with W H Real Estate, we delivered various remedial works, including a roof replacement, to Pearl Assurance House in Manchester city centre.

Didsbury Point

Partnering with City Residential, we were responsible for refurbishing a large residential development in West Didsbury, Manchester.

St Paul’s House

Partnering with Sedulo, we remodelled and refurbished the ground space of the office building, St Paul’s House, in Leeds city centre.

Barton Arcade

We were chosen by Mansford LLP to reconstruct and refurbish a residential apartment in Grade II listed building, Barton Arcade, in Deansgate, Manchester.

We worked with W H Real Estate to update Grampian House in Deansgate, Manchester with a commercial office refurbishment.

Working with Philip J Davies Holdings, we carried out an office building refurbishment and fit out to Two Express in Ancoats, Manchester.

We partnered with Proove in Didsbury, Manchester to transform the restaurant into a modern pizzeria with a refurbishment and fit out.

Miles Platting

Working for Lovell Strategic Partnerships, we delivered the groundworks and external works for 11 new build homes in Miles Platting, Manchester.

One Express

Working for Philip J Davies Holdings, we refurbished One Express, an art deco Grade II* listed office building in Ancoats, Manchester.
