St John’s Court
In need of a modernisation and upgrade of one of their city centre office spaces, landlord PJD engaged Urbanise to complete the full office refurbishment of St John’s Court, just a stone’s throw from Spinningfields. Prior to tenants occupying the building, we transformed this intimate office space in the heart of Manchester.
The refurbishment
Working alongside interior designers NoChintz and project managers in4m Property Consultants, we created clean, functional office spaces and smart, contemporary common areas. We carried out brick and stone repairs to the building façade and upgraded the roof coverings, both helping to prolong the life of building. Our team also installed new ceilings, air conditioning and plumbing, refurbished the washrooms and completed a full electrical renewal.

Following this project, we have continued to work with PJD on other projects, each growing in size and complexity.
